Rob helped us in the selling and buying process of our house last year, just as the stamp duty deadlines were ending. He was a mountain of help and support after many set backs to both our sale and purchase and amazingly always helped us get quickly back on track. Moving house is one of the most stressful things you'll ever do and sometimes it can be difficult to know who is working in your interests or just their own. With Rob and Margaret James, we always felt that they were working hard for us. From the brilliant photography and promotion that had viewings booked before the house even hit any of the moving websites, to the advice, guidance and updates, Margaret James delivered every step of the way. They priced the house that meant that we had a price that was great but that attracted people to view and take interest. Any stereotypes you have of an estate agent...well Rob is none of these. He had our best interests front and foremost and was ALWAYS at the end of the phone. First rate -would use him again. Thank you Rob.

I chose to use Margaret James quite randomly after googling estate agents in my areaand I chose well! Both professional and friendly right from the start, confident that they would do what they promised and they did! Communication was good, via WhatsApp, so kept everyone current & up to date. They are a small family firm but they know they know what theyre doinghighly recommended!
