The lady there is cold and rude. I've never experienced such in my entire life. When I spoke to her about my heating being off she was quick to say "would you like to checkout?" . She shouldn't be running a business that deals with people if she hates people. Walkability: I could walk to the nearby Sainsbury's

Absolutely disgusting service!!!Please avoid at all cost! Room was freezing cold, when politely asked for heating to be put on, was told to leave if I did not like it! Shocking! Spitefull comment regarding the price paid for room by company, insinuating a key worker did not meet her high standard ?? Very uncomfortable and dissapointing stay.
