Victoria was extremely patient and used a range of techniques, including letting him hold her phone to watch something, while she cut his hair.
She explained everything to him, when she did it, like brushing hair off him so he understood why and didn't cause a tantrum.
This is the first hair cut he hasn't screamed through and he even left happy and said thank you to Victoria.
