I ordered my product on 2nd July but it had still not arrived by 5th August and despite my best efforts contacting the company by phone and email they had not had the courtesy to respond. I appreciate Covid had delayed things but there was no excuse for very poor service. After then raising a dispute with Paypal that got a response and the products were delivered. Product was delivered as expected but this was a lot of trouble when a simple 10 second email reply would have resolved this. Needs to focus on customer service - it costs nothing and actually takes very little time!
