Bid and Tender Support Ltd

I have to say I am extremely disappointed with the service here. I have rang this company up 5 times now as I am a local charity that supports cancer patients in Milton Keynes and wanted to use a local grant writing service and was recommended to Bid and Tender. I contacted them on 5 separate occasions and spoke to the receptionist who were all lovely and every time said that the person I needed to speak to will call me back. After the 2nd time I left a message I did tell them my frustration that no one was getting back to me and that this matter was fairly urgent, to which they apologised and promised me that someone would call me back. No one did! The 4th time I called again reiterating my frustration that no one is bothered to take my call and that if no one gets back to me this time I will definitely take my business elsewhere, again they promised me someone would call....no one ever did! I attempted one more time as a last try as I am SO disapointed I now have to go national when I really wanted to stay local. There is no exscuse to not getting back to someone. All I can think of is that they don't want the business from a charity, if that is the case why advertise it on their website and do it for other charities. To not get back to someone after leaving one message is just about acceptable, 5 messages?? NOT ACCEPTABLE! I had so many grants I wanted to apply for and they are the ones missing out and now receiving a bad review. I would not recommend this company in any shape or form.

With a new opportunity to enter a bid for a local authority tender, I contacted Katy at Bid & Tender Support for advice. They quickly ascertained all the requirements, got my business registered on the procurement portal and provided me with a cost-effective quotation for the help I needed in completing it. I felt thoroughly reassured with their professionalism and when the final documents were ready, the team at Bid & Tender Support uploaded everything into the procurement portal on time and made sure the all documents were compliant. Phew! so glad I had their help. Thoroughly recommend Katy and her team for their very quick response, reassurance and support in approaching e-tendering as a new route for contracts, I doubt you could be in better hands and I would probably have given up without them!
