        Tom clearly takes his work seriously. Was quick to respond to my initial request for information. He worked around my situation and was clear and open with the advice he gave about options for the possible work that could be done. He kept in touch with me whilst waiting for a couple of parts to arrive, keeping me informed of likely time frames for completion. Will be using again
