The lady who owns this business is very rude over the phone, shouting and kicking up a fuss. Her staff member yesterday acknowledged that they have messed up my order and that they are going to refund me. Luckily I screenshoted the conversation. Instead they decided to reship the order. I already explained yesterday and today that I dont want the product anymore. So now I have to go to paypal as the JK Taylor customer service is appalling. They also refusing to provide return label

Apparently Mrs Taylor came to attack and insulting me on my private phone for having given a genuine review of what I received. Which reflects lack of respect for clients. She sold me fake V-tabs. Contacted her in vain & on getting back to me, I got tones of insults & bragging of how she is growing her business.

I can't even find the words to describe the products. They are exceptionally worth every single penny and more. I bought the face cream, toothpaste, egg deep conditioner and soap. If you value your money, try Jk products. The smell is amazing and shipping was very fast. Am a very very satisfied customer and will definitely buy again. It's a shame that we can only reward up to 5 starts. They deserve much more than that.

Superb products, Customer efficiency and Quality. Simply the best!!!. As picky as I am on beauty products, JK Taylor smashed it all!! from her all in one hair spray and all her organic products! now some friends demand I give them the toothpaste again!!
