        Sadly I was very disappointed with the service I received today. I was told that because I hadnt had my gel nails applied by HOB they werent happy to remove them. A half hearted attempt to remove them was made and I felt that because the technician was very busy and had a fully booked day she wasnt prepared to spend the time in removing them. Quite honestly I left the salon with nails that were in a terrible state. I still wonder why I paid and walked away with still half of the gel nails on. I regret to say that I wont be going back for a manicure as the technician suggested as I felt she was more concerned about her next client than dealing with me. She also spent a lot of the time complaining to me that they dont like removing the type of gel I had. Such a shame and a waste of money.
