Pacific Heat did a fantastic job replacing the entire shower apparatus in my bathroom (shower enclosure and door, shower tray, and shower controls and head units). I let Pacific Heat know what I was looking for in a new installation (minimalist modern styling that looked good and, more importantly, would be easy to clean and keep free of black mold), and left Andy to source the appropriate materials for the shower and its surroundings. The guys absolutely aced this and got it all right in terms of materials choices, and quality of parts and installation: the new shower enclosure looks and performs exactly how I had hoped it would before work began. On-site, Michael and Lee were brilliant in doing the actual installation itself: taking out the old shower and its enclosure, preparing the enclosure walls for the new one-piece PVC enclosure boards, and installing the new wallboards, tray, shower and glass door. The work was done quickly and to a high standard, and the guys were absolutely scrupulous about not leaving any mess behind at the end of each day. Top quality trustworthy professionals who clearly know their trade inside-out, and friendly, diligent people who care about performing a job well done and taking pains to ensure that the work is hassle-free on your end as the person requesting the work.
