I would happily recommend the staff at Oldham Audi, attentive, showed they cared, walked me throigh the whole journey and were hugely supportive, however I am not sure if I would recommend Audi as a manufacturer to anyone..

Disappointing customer service. Been an Audi customer for 10 years now. Engine light came on about 1 yr 3 months after buying my most recent Audi from the Oldham branch. Went to the store to book in for a diagnostic check. Appointment was given in 2 months time. We spoke to Amanda from the service team and asked if they can give us good will on whatever may need fixing as the 1 year guarantee had just finished. She spoke to one of the managers and they then agreed on good will but we just need to pay for the diagnostic check. We then had the check done and they said no fault was actually found but they think its one of the sensors that need replacing. So we then asked nick from service team about the agreed good will and they said they wont do it anymore. Really unprofessional & unfair from them to agree with it one time to then saying no later over the phone. We then asked to speak to the manager but service team said she will call tomorrow. We got no call so called the receptionist 5 times on different days and receptionist just kept saying the manager will call us back. Its now been a week and we still havent heard anything. Will never come back here again for my future cars.

Poor service and no communication from Oldham Audi- avoid at all costs. Had my Q7 booked in for a service and advised that my rear cameras were not working and was told I would get a call from the workshop. No call recieved and car returned to me with camera still not working. They even sent me a follow up email to which I responded and was also ignored!

I bought a Audi Q8 Vosprung and it looks mint and credit goes to the salesman Andrew Alison who got my car here before deadline to make sure I was happy he went above and beyond for me COULDNT thank him enough and alongside the showroom manager mustakim brilliant bloke who took care of me at the same time giving me that vip treatment lol but yeah Im deffo ordering a car from them next week the Audi Rs6 for investment purposes ;)
