The lady who answered the call was rude
Will never call this company again
UBER is much better and easier and quicker and a lot cheaper
Broadway taxis need to train staff on how to speak and also she disconnected the call while I was looking for the postcode
So I had to call again
And the second tym I called back she spoke very rudely !!!!
So I decided never to use their services again
