So my autistic son started going a while back and had progressed a lot, enjoying the experience massively, and always looking forward to the next lesson. Then that all changed when a helper shouted at my son for a minor thing. We heard him shout from where we where sat in a noisy environment. Not only was Barry unhelpful immediately after but gave the impression he didn't care about the implications this had had on my son who was crying and us who where having to deal with it (anyone with autistic children will know the stress of this). We let him stay off the next week as he was terrified of going and returned the week after. My son clearly did not enjoy the experience any more, no longer smiling whilst swimming despite the best efforts of Barry to praise him. After the lesson my son said he didn't want to go any more because he was scared. It was awful to see it end this way and I honestly think it could of resulted in a better outcome if it was handled better.

Fabulous swimming classes. My children love coming and have progressed in their ability so much. My son wouldn't go in water deeper than a paddling pool and now thanks to Barry and his team he is swimming well.
