Sure for some people they are great & to be fair the install guys were good. But I was mis-sold an alarm (doesn't have features I asked for), bits just dont work making the alarm basically useless (PIR sensors arent pet friendly ), and when Ive called to report problems told an engineer will call back (but they never do). So Ive spent 1100 on a system that I cant use. This one will be ripped out soon & Ill replace it with something else as soon as Ive saved up.

I am the Facilities/ Health and Safety Manager for Co-operatives UK and CIA 2000 Ltd have just installed a combination wired/wireless fire alarm system in our Grade II Listed Building in Manchester City Centre. CIA 2000 were on site for approximately four weeks and the engineers were very professional, and curteous . They cleaned up after themselves each evening and kept me up-to-date with every stage of the installation. The training on the use of the fire alarm system was very professional and I am pleased to say that the fire alarm system itself is easy to operate. A fire log manual has been provided with all the fire regulations, plans of the building, fire detector zones shown clearly. If any organisation is looking to upgrade their old fire alarm system I would definitely recommend CIA 2000 not only were they very professional but were good value and the fire alarm system is of very good quality. Once again CIA 2000 Ltd, have provided our workplace with an outstanding & professional service. Karen, my first port of call on contacting CIA, was as ever, friendly & extremely helpful, as was Dean, who carried out the work, professionally & followed all the Covid guidelines. Follow up advice was given by Mark, the lovely company director.... Thank you, all !
