Disappointed shoddy customer service travelled distance to this shop last week and son of the owner refused to allow me to try on a suit citing they have had a lot of thefts! I am sorry I am not a thief and its wrong to tarr all decent customers with the same brush !

**VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!** **WOULD NOT BOTHER OR RECOMMEND SHOPPING FROM AMAANS!!!!!!!** Before placing an order, Amaans Manager guaranteed the wedding outfits would come on time before the wedding, the manager stated we would receive the outfits by beginning/ mid Sept. We placed the order mid August 22, we ordered approx 10-12 Mens /kids waist jackets. By the second week of September, we contacted Amaans regarding update of the outfits. The manager stated they received no delivery but guaranteed itll come the following week. We contacted Amaans again but they did not pick our calls or text messages. A few days went by and we contacted again no answer. We went to Amaans ourselves and they stated they were too busy to pick pick up calls and texts. However they stated itll definitely come by September. By the end of September we didnt receive our outfits. At this point, when we tried contacting Amaans they did not pick up or reply to our messages. We contacted them again and they stated the outfits arrived! The outfits arrived **1 DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING**!!!!!! The outfits were wrong sizes and we did not have time to tailor it!!!! I would not recommend shopping from here at all VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROVIDE FALSE GUARANTEES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rude Staff There was woman working downstairs in who has a very harsh language, she does not know how to speak , prices are too high as well Not Recommended

last year I've been at the time eid now customer service really unprofessional, i'm looking for my daughter clothes with the face really, I could not explain it's not friendly actually zero star for every time only they have a really good children clothes, so I've been there but I could not find please change your attitude change, be friendly repair money, not giving you free 0000

Good collection but during rush time you cant trial your dress before buying it neither you can exchange dress in case it doesnt fit you. Maybe they will open it after occasion. There is a salesgirl downstairs who is working on Mans section. She is really rude doesnt know any professional mannerism. At one point she called one customer shameless cause she wanted to use Mans trail room!!!!! She couldve explain but instead she choose shameless word. You guys should teach her how to behave with customer. Worst experience !
