Food Lab oldham are most unreliable and fraud business. I order only 2 items cost me 14 pound and they only deliever 1 item worth 5 pound. I rang them they refused to take the resposibility and not provided me recipts and refuse to give me order nuber. Seriously they should not allowed to run business with such a rude behaviour with customer . I request everyone to save their money by not ordering with Food Lab oldham.

Ordered of uber eats, you phoned up to say that the items aren't available and didn't cancel the order, but told me to cancel in order to get a refund but I could because order accepted and already processed. I rang the store and staff said they will get the manager to authorise a refund but nothing was done. I rang again to inquire about my refund but, One of the staff told me I had to write a review in order to get my refund as no one at the shop is authorised to do so and the owner never come to the store. I have never experience this kind of policy before from any other store. Very disappointed with the service provider.
