I have rented from my landlord for over 14 years now and whenever I've needed something they have been prompt with my requests. The gardens are wonderfully maintained, the landings etc are cleaned regularly, the outside windows are cleaned regularly too. Gas checks are carried out annually. When I had a problem with my washing machine the plumber came out within a day or so and that was during covid! So my experience is altogether excellent. Ps I have a wonderful landlord.

Sergio very nice guy found a property for my brother who has dogs really quickly. Since this post, I have undertaken multiple jobs for RS from tiling to full kitchen bathroom projects, which, unlike most, have been paid in advance of completion. At no stage were cheap materials mentioned or used, and seeing the way some people leave rented properties is disgusting. Trust me, I have visited some with a view to total restoration projects. As a landlord, why would you keep repairing when it keeps getting destroyed? I do understand that this is a minority but they tye the office up and me doing countless repeat repairs
