Item sent from Oldham 48 tracked.. didn't arrive.. and still not arrived day after the 48 hours costing me thousands of pounds..

Oldham town centre in whsmith. The staff have very little service skills. A lady was waiting in the queue for 15mins, one staff shouted if anyone needed travel money which customers stated no. The lady at the travel check out shut to count money. The poor customer as she was about to get served had letter or something to which the staff stated "sorry the travel lady is shut" the customer stated "I was in the queue you didn't mentioned anything else a d she only shut couple if minutes ago, can she serve me, to which the staff kept saying no, the penny dropped with the staff and she was like "let me ask her" to come back to say "she said no she can't serve you". I was shocked. Anyways it was my turn I had a QR code and a normal return. She goes to my 10 years old sis "you can scan this parcel at self check out"'- I was like " well if your doing my Qr why cant you scan my other parcel" and she was like "oh yeah we are encouraging customers to use self scan". Besides the point if I give you two parcels scan both. No common sense. She's been there for years and needs retraining. She has gone numb
