I was having a problem with my deliveries, basically no mail was being delivered to my home weeks after being sent. Royal mail customer service advised me to go to my local delivery office to see if they could help. The man at the counter was not slightly interested helping, to the point of being sullen and rude, would not engage in any kind of dialogue about the problem or get another member of staff to help me. How can someone with zero people skills be allowed to do a job that involves customer service.

Why take it back he or she could have left it with my Neighbours at number 11 now I have to make a special trip out of my usual route which is very inconvenient.
