        Spending my money elsewhere. Used village pizza for years and always found the guys very helpful in the past, have they changed owners? as rude and unhelpful now. Order cancelled and ordered from elsewhere.

        I don't understand the negative reviews tbh, had the lamb tikka and chicken tikka on naan and it was lovely, flame grilled tikka and salad with medium and hot sauce (spicy). The bread was cooked perfectly and so we're the meats. The lamb was tender and the chicken juicy, the milkshakes are always spot on too. Thanks Village guys. UPDATE, I would at one point have recommended Village due to their customer care and quality fresh food, however I can't say the same in 2023. I ordered a chicken tikka on naan, and a mix kebab with shawarma on naan and right away I knew something was different, the shawarma had knuckles and bone in it, the lamb was tough as old boots and the chicken tikka was spicy to the point we couldn't eat it. We also had bad stomach ache that night and the day after! I called the takeaway and was told next time I order something to speak to the manager and he'll sort something out next time I order! I didn't want to write this bad review but in all honesty I'm offended that I should be expected to order again just to have my issue resolved and potentially get bad food again. Any form of reply from management on this review would be much appreciated as I was a loyal customer.

        Vegetarian options: Good veggie pizzas but I mean, its a takeaway a kebab isnt gonna be vegetarian is it Kid-friendliness: There arnt any kid portions available for all the meals but menu is acceptable but overall kid friendly food Parking: On a busy road, side roads available but may be a few minutes walk if busy Wheelchair accessibility: Theres a step into the take away Dietary restrictions: Offer a wide variety of food and can call up the takeaway and ask about dietary restrictions, I dont see a problem
