I emailed Hannah to enquire about having my daughters first birthday pictures taken at her studio, I had a vision of how I wanted the set to look, Hannah was very quick to reply and sent me many ideas. In the end we chose an Alice in Wonderland theme, I expressed to Hannah that my Daughter is very shy as she was born in lockdown she had not been round many people , Hannah was very reassuring and made me feel at ease. Hannah provided the cake and clothes for the day and got amazing pictures of my daughter, we even had a family photo taken on the day We was very pleased with the photos and it was hard to choose the number I had originally agreed in our package, I emailed Hannah and for a small additional fee I got to choose more photos. I would most definitely recommend Heartstrings to my family and friends and will use again in the future Thank you so much

Went to Hannah for a newborn photoshoot today for my little girl, shes a week old so I was quite nervous about her becoming fussy or need lots of breaks (as we are demand feeding). Hannah made all of us feel really welcome and at ease as she was so accommodating. Hannah made the whole experience really enjoyable for myself and my partner, and got us completely involved. We were so happy with the pictures and cant wait to receive them! Couldnt recommend her enough, Thankyou for everything Hannah
