        The staff here are very helpful, the lady that served me quickly arranged to order in an item that wasn't in stock, offered to gift wrap my purchases for me (at a cost) and she did a great job of the gift wrapping my mum was delighted with the personalised ribbon and it really made her Christmas (more than the perfume I think! )
