It's funny, judging by the reviews your staff are rude and tend to be more towards Asians... Why do you 'need' to go to this place? Awful service, slow, and they know it and do nothing to remedy. The upsell when you choose your glasses... Have this extra or you need to do this and pay us more or else dragons will tear you to shreds and grumpkins wll kill all puppys and kittens.... Go elsewhere. Don't worry about receiving better service for less money.

I have been wearing glasses for so long, have tried literally every specsavers in Manchester. But i have to say Ms Charlotte Moran in oldam is the best. So professional, So patient, So friendly, and give good advice as well. I changed my glasses from varifocal to distance one and reading one, Then change to distance one and working glasses, She is always so lovely to help, nothing too much trouble, i left very Happy. I will definitely come back this specsavers If i need new pairs of glasses again in the future. Thank u Charlotte! An update,at last have my two new pairs glasses. I was very happy with the glasses and the service i received. Emma was very lovely as well, the whole process went through some hurdles, but in the end all is good. i am a very happy customer. This branch will definitely be my go to place to get my glasses if ever I need new pairs. highly recommend!
