I visited Robert Glass opticians for a follow up after cataract operation and found them very friendly and thorough, would recommend them.

Felt uncomfortable with the level of upselling also witnessed junior member of staff being spoken to in an unacceptable manner. Would not recommend.

Welcoming staff and eye test was carried out in a professional manner. I was informed that my my eyes had got "considerably worse" since the last test, which was last year. However, when I got home, I compared the results of this years test with last years and noted that the figures for my right eye had not changed, my left eye had actually improved by 0.25 and the only change was an addition for reading of 0.25. I do not consider this "considerably worse" Needless to say, I shall not be getting a new pair of glasses this year, unless I damage my current ones

When to the Shaw branch yesterday for a check up. Very friendly and professional made me feel at ease thank you .
