Went in the other day looking to buy a new phone, so there was no meet greet. When finally approached by a member of staff who has a bad customer service, tried to rip me off price wise. I went upstairs outside and bought my phone cheaper . Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Excellent service by all staff workers, staff members were very enthusiastic and made my experience a great joy. 100% recommended with great quality and excellent phones.

Gave them my phone to fix it but they broke another part instead and had I had to pay for the part and for them to fix it again and it still stopped working after 3 days and they said I have to but the part again. Not only that but now the other screen that they fixed has started acting up aswell.

Gave my phone for fix screen a week from today they fixed the screen. I brought it back and got it fixed again as it was glitching a lot and they gave me a new screen charged me again but now my phone isn't coming on at all since being given back. The power button was already sticky but it was working perfectly fine after second fix my power button is not working at all and they don't admit their mistakes This shop doesn't know how to deal with it's customers criticizing them and not doing the job that they said they will do I would recommend that everyone avoids this place at all cost As they don't fix they ruin things more
