Moorside Medical Centre

It was with some trepidation when my wife and I transferred from Dr Saraf's practice, seeing that Moorside Medical Centre had just recently been in special measures. However our fears were soon blown out of the water. From our first appointment we have been given 1st class service. From the Receptionist on the front desk to all the back room staff we have been treated with the upmost respect. Phone calls have been answered quickly with care and dignity. All the staff are very caring and concerned about our health. The nurses are very pleasant and you are put at ease with them and again the care and attention is 100%.The Doctors also have shown a very high level of professionalism in all our dealing with them and everything being explained and if needed rapid referrals. We have always treated medical staff with the respect they deserve and this we have found quickly transfers to the staff treating us. It has been our privilege to be part of Moorside Medical Practice Thanks to you all.

Hi I would like to thank Debra for her help & support yesterday , I broke down on the phone and she was so lovely & kind and arranged an appointment for mental health member for today to see me , also Steve from the mental health team is lovely too and give me some good advice x

I can't fault Dr Kaur she saw my ongoing problem, contacted the hospital team concerning this issue . I was admitted and having surgery that evening. I spent 9 days in hospital. I had a huge infection and was in danger of sepsis. Excellent from Dr Kaur Thankyou

I have recently been in touch with Moorside medical centre and can honestly say that in my experience was treated by all concerned with care and respect at all times. Nothing seems too much trouble and the treatment, in my view, was extremely thorough. It has been said that the doctor sometime asks "What would you like to happen" is a breath of fresh air. Nobody knows your symptoms and body than yourself. That is what you call respect. A big massive shout also to the reception and back-office staff. They are professional, courteous, friendly and a caring lot. Well done. Ann Beech
