Its took me along time to do this but i would not put any family member in this home i will not say all the staff are the same in this home but hears my story and reason why i wouldnt i witnessed another member of staff strike a resident twice simply because they had hold of the table cloth i was assisting a resident with feeding when i wjtnessed this once i had finished assisting the resident i reported what i had witnessed to the nurse in chargeand also write a statement to the manager collette (who for some reason did not likeme from day one )upon recieving my statement collette totally disregarded my statement basically stating i was trying to cause trouble did not investigate anything anf made me feel like i was in the wrong i had no reason to lie about the staff member who hit the resident befor the incident i had a good relationship with the staff member but that vhanged when i witnessed her striking a resident do not trust this home or the manager as things are sweeped under the carpet to protect the reputation of the company u would be wise not to out a family member i this home as they do not protect residemt from being abused

Disgusting, management are bullies, covid measures in place insignificant and the home is in a constant state of disrepair, not to mention itv news and the form they forced staff to sign asking them to live there and not see their families, when challenged over issues they just blame everybody else, if you value your loved ones DONT send them to their early demise at the hands of these charlatans.

My father was in this home from april to june when he sadly passed away, Collette and her staff were incredible in every way from caring for my father to looking after my family aswell. I would highly recommend this home

My grans stay was only a short 7 months and how I wish we had put her here from day 1. Every care home should be like this one. During my grans final days I had the privilege of staying by her side at The Coppice and witnessed first hand at how caring all the staff are from management, nurses, carers, housekeeping staff, catering staff ... if I could name every single one of you I would. Besides the excellent care that she was receiving I was really touched by seeing how frequent different members of staff would pop by just to see how my gran was doing. It really felt like a proper home and after staying there for 3 nights I felt like everyone was family and I was so sad to say good bye which makes me so happy to know that my gran must have felt the same way. The people here and their care is off the scale and me and my family will be forever grateful to how you all took care of my gran. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
