        The staff is very rude and disrespectful. I have had to return my online order but the girl said refund system was down. I went again after 3 days and she gave me the same reason telling me to come back with attitude or i won't get my money back as if i broke their system. Seemed like they didn't sort their online order return system and expected me to come back. I had to call customer services to get my order collected via collection. I was offered free collection. The staff should have at least shown some respect or given me this advise to call customer services and get it sorted that way.
