Its impossible to even get an appointment here. Ive been with the practice since they opened and standards have dropped, quality of care is non existent and theyre not really bothered if your poorly because theres an A&E you can go to or ring the out of hours doctors is there answer! Appalling service.

I used to think this practice was decent, regardless of the bad reviews, heaviness of locum GP's and borderline brash receptionists. However, it is now as much of shtshow as the worst surgeries in the area. The dark haired chav receptionist is astoundingly rude and full of absolute barefaced lies. You are in a super priveledged, important position where you are the gatekeeper to individuals health, wellbeing and entire existence, unfortunately you hold that power and brazenly don't give a shiny one. And it can be the difference between life and death in extreme cases, but also can affect people's living, conscious turmoil and the far reaching effects of mental health & health struggles on self and family. I can only hope you never have a [daily] suicidal child, who's tortured by their own brain, cannot sleep every single night and wants to end their life. Because you don't care about anyone else who does, and maybe a bit of empathy would enrich your existance? Hope you enjoy your weekend more than I do after you rudely dismissed me, lied to my partner, and left my kid yet again, at the beginning of [what should be a very simple admin process to get] mental health intervention in Oldham. I won't though, neither will my helpless. & desperate small child. Thanks a lot hun
