I would like to thank both Dr A Jalal and Dr Z Jalal for their dedication and care shown to me. They initially enabled the diagnosis of a cancerous tumour in my colon, and took the time to discuss with me the surgical procedure and my needs/concerns prior to my surgical operation in March 2023. They have also provided me with very good healthcare following my return home from hospital, and have assisted in my recovery stage of my bowel cancer operation. I can't thank them enough.

I have been trying to get my wife registered with the practice for the last month to no avail. She is pregnant and from today she has 12 days to her due date, I cannot get a midwife arranged for her without a nhs number which I do not have because the practice have been incapable of registering my wife for the last month. My wife and I are stressed and frustrated. The gentleman on the counter has been vague in his answers and gave me the midwifes number knowing they won't do anything without a nhs number. It's absolutely appalling, without a solid reason I'm left assuming that it is because my wife is a immigrant from Pakistan is the reason why its taking so long.

Absolutely shocking service waiting over 3 1/2 months to get them to respond to a medical letter about 50 phone calls later and still not got the info I need. So I've not been able to work until they reply
