Been about 9 months trying to fix a constant fan issue sounding like a jet engine. Had a lot of things replaced based on recommendations sensors, ECU and fan modules. Took it to these boys and with a thorough diagnosis pin pointed a break in the wire. Fixed and returned the next day. E63 AMG 2006. Service: Electrical repair

I've been using this garage since my car's maufacturer's warranty expired. I had been recommended to them by a Green Flag serviceman when he wa sorting out a damaged tyre. I have found the garage people to be polite and efficient, with servicing good value for money. On a couple of occasions I have asked them to investigate a noise I could hear. They couldn't find anything wrong but didn't charge me for the time this took up. I trust the owner's advice and have recommended the garage to my friends. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Oil change, General repairs & maintenance

I have been using this garage since i got my new car,the manners have not always been the best but as long the job was done never mind....today I took my car to check a red light come up on my car screen after I did a full service and mot with them less then 3 weeks ago....Mr Steave was very rude and unpolite from beginning, asked him politely to speak over the phone with my insurance, he refused to do so at the start then eventually he accepts to speak with them on 2 meter distance from my phone on loudspeaker (part of the claim process was to hear from the garage which was the issue ) paid 72 pound for diagnostic and made my communication with the insurance really hard as the person mentioned above was acting very rudely since I put my first step into the garage and no keen to chat with insurance over the phone. I don't really wish to anyone to have a such bad experience expecially for a lady. If can put 0 start I would probably do...1 start is too much Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, General repairs & maintenance

So this is interesting, i took my e93 M3 and parked on their grounds as it had broken down. Booked an appointment for a Monday the same day I recovered the car there. They advised theyll look at it, and diagnose etc. following morning after calling there was no update they hadnt seen it and stated itd be after lunch. The same response again and stated they had struggled to move the car into the car and ramp it to diagnose it. The Tuesday they said the same withe the response we are useless and unorganised and refused service on those grounds there was no rude behaviour on my part nor was there any rude responses. If it was I apologise to the staff. But terribly disappointed to be refused service after being disorganised with appointments and a lack of professionalism and having a cant be arsed attitude. Thank you anyways.
