        Today i had a good experience. Firstly the young gentleman at reception contacted me straight away after a cancellation when i felt like i needed an appointment desperately but there wasnt any left. Really greatfull Doctor saw me instantly and treated me fairly and well. Thanks to the young gentleman who's name i didn't catch Keep it up!

        If I had a choice, I wouldn't even choose 1 star! Possibly the worst doctors surgery EVER!!!! The staff who answer the phone calls are rude and appalling. No manners what so ever. They do not consider the elderly people who do not have advanced technology and those who are unable to fill out online forms to make appointments. When we ring and explain this to them, they still try making us use the online form and will not book us in over the telephone! VERY INCONSIDERATE. They never think about the little children who need to be seen by doctors either! They always flog us off to ring 111
