Come across this company via recommendations from a facebook group. Spoke to ian about what i was after. Products very good quality and half the price of what another company (via the scout assosiation) was charging. Only issue i had was pullup blind bag was broken. Ian within mins of me emailing me had put a new one in the post. 5* service 5* products. A massive thank you for sorting the coffin drape for my Uncles send off on Monday. The drape was beautiful and after the ceremony we had an evening meal with a small group of family members. After the meal, the restaurant was empty and we spread the drape over a large empty table and gathered around. We raised a glass in his honour with the drape centre stage. Huge thanks to you and all the amazing team at United Flags. Steve Bridger. Plus United Flags produced two flags as a gift for my son in America - The Stars and Stripes and The RAF Blue Ensign. These were sewn flags of outstanding quality and love by the recipients.

The price of even their cheaper range of flags have gone up way too much since I last purchased a couple only 2 years ago...

Terrible customer service. I ordered some flags weeks ago for a wedding and they still haven't arrived. I've asked for my money back after paying a fortune for next day delivery and the wedding having come and gone, but they refuse to refund me. I'm just being referred to the terms and conditions buried on their website, not made clear at the time of purchase. Avoid this company at all costs.
