        Very poor service! The sales assistant doesn't have manners, talked very rudely to me and my sister's! Was being lazy and didn't want to show any of the sarees instead told us to check online or go to another store! If only I could give 0 star!! Very disappointed in the service!

        Horrible customer service, my wife bought a saree and the petticoat was faulty, we went back and the women was blaming us saying it was worn and now its trying to be replaced. We spent 170 are we really going to go back and try to hustle them for 5? Disgusting behaviour. Never going back. Would not recommend, stay clear or examine the outfit thoroughly before walking off with it.

        Their service is amazing. We ordered 3 matching sarees for a wedding. We were able to customize by looking at a selection of threads. The response were also very quick and great communication from the team. I enjoyed my experience with Jays Fashion. InshaAllah will be ordering more from them in the future.
