I was looking for a new jubbah for Eid. I found al aqsa on Google. I ordered a few items on here including my new jubbah. Sadly it was the wrong size. However I spoke to someone on a live chat on the website and they helped me out so much. They was able to exchanged my jubbah and also send it the next day. I definitely recommend shopping on this website and I can assure you the service they provide is great. I will 100% be buying more products from here soon Inshallah

This review is about their website...not an in-store experience. The products are great and unique. The customer service was phenomenal, especially via their Instagram. I received quick replies and they answered all the questions I had. Products arrived fast. Smooth returns process and I received a refund extremely quickly for one item which I returned as I ordered the wrong size. Great stuff!

My favorite store to buy. And literally the best and kindest customer service Ive ever had. + always answers to my emails immediately which never happens from other stores. I ordered various different items and all of them are top quality. The shipping was fast. The products, prices and service are better than others. I will continue to buy only from here.
