When I went back to the store and showed the damaged to the branch manager (who admitted responsibility), I was told it happens to all Ford's and is well documented on the Internet. I asked in case of an emergency how would I remove the wheel. The response was surprisingly "same as me hit them with a smaller socket ". After a period of debate the manager agreed to replacement nuts, but from another oem manufacturer NOT Ford.
Sorry on this occasion your customer service was very poor and left me with an additional cost to purchase genuine Ford wheel nuts.
Would I use again, maybe but would appreciate a conversation with Kwik fit customer services. Let's hope they reach out after reading this review.
Great online price for two front tyres.
The service center is easy to access with a large carpark at the front.
The branch manager was really friendly and professional. He did all the things what you expect like covering the seats, and provided a vehicle tyre health check.
Fitting was very prompt with the branch manager helping the fitters fitting the tyres. I was only in the depot 15 minutes or so.
Thank you for a prompt and professional service, I will definitely use this centre again.
