        Alarm fault which beeps continually, all day and all night. Reported the problem to 5 star and they couldn't care less. Left it beeping for 4 days! Do not recommend, would leave zero stars if I could

        Will not be recommending 5 star alarms. Fobs not covered under service or warranty. Had a service before going on holiday. Used fob twice since being home. Guy came out told me it works intermittently and I can use panel. He phoned the office as I wasnt happy and they saying it my fault. Not good customer service or customer focused.
