Posting On behalf of my mother ...poor custumer service ..rude staff....once they had sold us an up grade and we wanted to ask questions about it to make sure it was the right one for us ..they didn't want to know and attitudes changed. .

Popped in as my contract with 02 had expired and I was looking to see if they could get me a competitive deal. Dealt with quickly and efficiently by one of their staff members and they answered any qnd all questions about my wants and needs. I was in there for less than 25 minutes and I came out with a newer phone and around 6 pounds cheaper than my 02 contract. 10/10 service
