People complaining they did not get any appointment but when i call at 8 o,clock in the morning i always get an appointment but you have to be on time and there is a two fantastic person one is jahanara who always look after me and rani who always well talks with manners and advice .

The surgery Ive been going since it ever started yes at first there was teething problems like anywere but the staff are great especially Nicola and Chelsey both are a amazing great work ethics very professional

The receptionist staff are absolutely atrocious, rude and lazy. I have tried to ring up several times and have been waiting for 30 mins at a time to get through. I can actually hear them pick up the phone and put it back down and have even had them cut the call on me. I have phoned with another phone whilst on the phone and got through which means theyre just ignoring the first caller in the queue. No idea how this has gone uninvestigated for so many years, every patient I speak to at John street goes through the exact same thing!

Wouldn't accept me as a new patient due to being 1 inch out of catchment area absolute joke of a gp practice. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. HAROLD SHIPMANS

Absolutely brilliant surgery, not just the doctors that are fantastic ALL receptionist especially N & C. They are by far the best ive ever come across.
