        Excellent customer service. Very helpful and professional. Waheed was amazing! He did an excellent job at fitting my carpet and helped me move some of my heavy furniture back too. Will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

        The reviews on here really do speak for itself. I visited Floors Direct a few weeks ago as I was shopping around for carpets and laminates for our new home. Not only do they have quality products, their customer service is second to none. After my first visit to the shop I immediately stopped shopping elsewhere due to their knowledge, quality of products and service. It has been a few days since our carpets and flooring have been fitted and the fitters have done an amazing job; done to perfection. I am surprisingly pleased with the detail of beading on my laminates, could not be happier. Thank you to everyone at Floorz Direct

        Highly recommend this place to everyone. I have used Ali quite a few years ago on numerous occasions to fit laminate and his pleasant and efficient customer service skills as well as the product range within his shop I recall were outstanding. Fast forward now a few years and I have gone back and used his services again last week (March 2023). Still has the same enthusiasm, however, the plus side now is that He now has a very good team there including his son , ramzan, who has the same respectable approach to all the customers. Excellent service and decent price compared to the likes of bnq ; a much more personal experience. The fitting by Naveed also needs a mention. He did our house previously and I was lucky to be able to secure his services again. Outstanding fitter and final finish looks all so professional!! Thank you so much for looking after me and I will continue to recommend to all my friends and family. Well done.
