        I went here to start my martial arts journey again. They have taekwondo on the first floor. Intensive and made me ache all week but I'll be going back for more . Also had a performance studio perfect for band practice.

        An excellent place where to start moving. I did start going there with my son. I did join the class myself because being there and spending an hour on the phone didn't seem as useful as getting more active. Suggest everyone join the class.

        Great for my 7year old Reggie he has come on leaps and bounds since joining was very shy and wouldnt get up in front of strangers hes come out of his shell and has competed in competitions with very many people watching thanks to Chris moat
