        Deliveies never on time. Useless staff in office puts phone down in middle of conversation, very unprofessional, cowboy company. Avoid Avoid

        I can't help but to add my horrific experience here. Got my 3 grand worth specialised equipment to be delivered in 2 pallets. The manufacturer had H and B to deliver from Manchester to my site in East London. First told that it would arrive on Friday before 5. When I heard nothing at 5, I was told they were too busy to do their job and promised Saturday delivery from 9 to 12. Btw, it has been given to a subsidiary or a feeder company called Phoenix Freight. Called again at 12 next day and said it was in it's last leg and will likely receive it by 12 30. Guess what? Comes 12 30, can't reach their line (got cut off) and had to find another line from their website and then got the promise it would be delivered. Called again at 2 and heard that the person has 'signed off' work and so has no idea what has been referred to and said they had 200 plus of stuff to do. Blah blah blah. Got agitated when I ask to confirm if they still have my pallets and that they are not lost or destroyed. And wait for it, I was cut off. Oh well, joke of a company run by liers and thives . The
