OMC Kia Oldham

Knowledgeable, friendly, professional and courteous sales assistants- Dave and Mike. Do what they say they will do. My only slight disappointment is given this is the fourth consecutive Sportage we have gone to OMC for, I would have expected a loyalty discount of some description. They have however, agreed to throw in some car mats, which is something I guess.

Ive just taken delivery on my new 23 Plate Kia. I dealt with David Woods , who did all he could and made the process as smooth as he could. even came to deliver it to me when I couldn't get to the dealership!!

Visited twice this week. The first time I called and waited 10 minutes with no answer in the parts department. Instead I went to them and waited a further 30 minutes for someone to show up from the spare parts department and then a further 20 minutes trying to find the part even with the part number in hand. In the end they got me a part which wouldn't resolve the issue with the locking nut head. The 2nd time I waited 20 minutes for parts which I ordered on over the phone. Not a great experience but not sure if it was down to staffing issues or just the way it is as other customers waiting said the same.
