Fantastic service from start to finish, I had particularly fussy on colours and finish of the chair and nothing seemed too much for the team. Nik Goodyear and his time supplied a HumanScale Freedom chair to my spec. Really good service, with unbiased advice over choice of chair models. Really good communications before and after order placed. On-time delivery. The way to do it!

Most people will take time to complain, and are slow to offer Praise! I have recently dealt with Karen/Nick in a professional capacity through work and have been provided with a new office chair. For some-one who spends several hours a day working at a desk, and has ongoing orthopedic problems, finding the right chair is more important to me than most. I can only echo the sentiments of the other reviewers and say that the team at Ergomonkey are very professional and very customer focused. Nothing is too much trouble, and they take pride in finding the right solution for you. I would whole heartedly recommend them to any of my colleagues, and they would be the first people on my list if I required anything for personal use at home. Give them a call......you won't be disappointed!
