Sunday we had snow. I tried calling to rearrange on the Sunday but they was closed. I couldn't get out the house on the Monday due to babies and the ice to take my eldest for her appointment. I had pre paid tried calling numerous times on Monday with no answer. Finally get through get told no problem rearranged for a few weeks later. Then get a message today saying I need to pay another 21 because of the rearranged appointment.
