training here is great we have a good time aswell as learning all we need to know in Muay Thai. Sessions are suited for from begginer to advance. Dale and Nat do a great job in with the gym and the interclubbers bar! (Food there is amazing too! Same building!)

This is a place where you can come to train and where opportunities to improve your fighting skill are ample. Dale the Head coach is perfect with the kids, keeping them enthusiastic throughout the entire session whilst developing skills, valuable both inside and outside the gym. Adult sessions are hardwork but rewarding. Focusing on drilling, pad work and sparring. Your Muay Thai skill will get better with attendance. At its core there is a 'gym family' mentality. This provides a camaraderie different to most fighting gyms. The interclubbers bar is right next door so you can grab a beer after training.

I train at this fantastic Thai boxing gym three times a week and I love the place. Its very family oriented and friendly. Dale & Nat are two fantastic people Dale is a top notch Kru and knows his stuff well, Nat is mother hen and a great cook to boot. If you just want to get fit and learn Muay Thai or if you want to get in the ring this is the place to be.
