Today I have received a bill from these people for an additional 450 after the final bill of 3000 had been paid prior to the funeral. I called the Oldham branch to be told from a vile women called Carla that if I didnt pay the money debt collectors would be knocking on my door. Carla could offer no explanation of why I had received a second bill and couldnt produce a breakdown of the additional money owed. Considering Carla is there to help people struggling with bereavement she certainty didnt help me today instead taking to threatening me over the telephone. I just hope Carla doesnt threaten people who arent as strong mentally and they end up doing something stupid because of Carlas attitude and failure to understand bereavement. Threatening a grieving person with debt collectors one month after a family death is disgraceful and I would suggest to the coop Carla should either be dismissed or given extensive training on how to do her job.

They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Becky made the whole process so easy, and dealt with everything. I can not praise the staff enough and would highly recommend.
