UPDATE:
Amazing how quickly your responded to this review but not to the countless emails I have sent asking for an update! !
I sent you a photo of the socket as requested but how anyone can determine the issue with a socket from a photo is beyond me? I then, upon your instructions, returned the socket to you for a replacement. At that point you completely stopped responding to any communication.
I am happy to post screen shots of the email trails here if there is any doubt of course.
More over the socket being faulty is between your company and the manufacture. If you sell something online you are responsible for it being fit for purpose e.g. it should work as described.
I am pleased you have replied though, it shows any future customers that read this exactly what kind of company they would be dealing with!
