        I had to change my Gp to Moorside and I live literally 1 minute walk from Springfield house. Please dont waste your time with this GP is the worst in the entire country.

        Ignorant and unhelpful reception staff not mentioning any names (Lisa) . The doctors couldn't care less the only good thing about this practice is the nurses and probably the cleaner.

        I feel slightly reassured that I am not the only person to find this surgery awful. I have to speak on my daughters behalf, it is extremely urgent, and received nothing but combative language and attitude from 'Lisa' on reception. I'm fearful for my daughter in this circumstance and I'm fearful for other patients too. I will be keeping this updated of progress if I don't get to speak to a doctor today
