The lady Ruth who I dealt with last year was unhelpful. The doctor has to apologise since she did not refer me like she said she stated she did. 7 months later I've called back spoke with Ruth again abosuletly shocking did not want to help or listen. I'm not the one to complain however I have a hectic sheudle and asking for simple instruction with rude staff like Ruth does not help. I wonder if there is another process I can follow. Defo needs retraining as she has lost her empathy skills

Called starting at 08:00 at 09:11 finally talked to someone shocking you should have called earlier no appointments today next appointment is in 4 weeks I kid you not.

recently i have had to use the surgery, i have found the reception staff helpful and i accept i have to book a telephone appointment with the doctor. But found all the staff friendly

Humanity does not exist in this surgery, The receptionists are extremely rude, all the best DRS have left the surgery, all new DRs don't have a clue what they dealing with. Their new over the call appointments don't have a formal time you need to hold your phone in your hand all day to wait for the Dr to call you. No matter how urgent your matter is they simply do not care. I do not understand why nothing is being done look at all the bad comments on here which proves my point. Edit: Spoken to the receptionist managers numerous times they do not take no action at all. The new young receptionists are actually respectful but the old lady's actually sarcastically taunts you. They think they know more then the DRs and give you advise when they are just appointment givers nothing else! They have the nerve to fight you back and make disrespectful comments regarding your personal problems. I request people to record their calls when calling these unbelievable rude people! They have no remorse we don't call here for pleasure we call here because our loved ones are sick and need medical attention. On that note I would like to thank the 2-3 good receptionists that work here you people are the reason why the surgery is running if you ever leave then it will be over.
