They need to be exposed, worse surgery ever, un professional I'll mannered no customer service and cant seem to understand the basics. I will be making a complaint to CQC

Worst surgery ever! Half a star would not suffice. This surgery is actually a horror esp the way the reception staff deal with patients. The reception staff including the practice manager are always very rude, ill-mannered and disrespectful!! In absolute shock after the way I was spoken to today by the practice manager! Called in for some advice for my mother regarding COVID-19 but the manager dismissed my question and spoke to me with disrespect and cut the call off! She insisted that reception staff were "medically trained" to provide medical advice?! Ok so why do we need doctors then?? Lack of professionalism, no support whatsoever. If that's not bad enough, I always get my privacy invaded when calling, with receptionists asking private questions and not understanding that it's "private". Please train your reception staff on GDPR instead of making them feel empowered to give medical advice with false information!!!!!

Worst GP service. Got nothing done for 4 months! No scans no appointments. Rude, ignorant receptionists with no IQ
